Technical autonomy does not create legal autonomy.
When an organisation delegates to a system the capacity to act, the question is no longer what that system produces, but what it does: which limits were set before the action, which evidence remains during it, who answers afterwards. The book by Nicola Fabiano builds a method to answer these three questions, across eighteen chapters, with a preface by Antonino Caffo and chapter 16, devoted to technical standardisation for agentic systems and to the presumption of conformity, by Valentina Grazia Sapuppo.
